The number of sessions required will depend on the issues to address and the client’s goals. While therapy is not a ‘quick fix’ solution of the matters, I do subscribe to a brief psychological therapy approach, which is often between 6-12 sessions. Still, of course, it can be longer, depending on the issues. Following the initial assessment, I will clarify this, and I will work with you to identify goals. I will also regularly review progress to ensure we are working effectively.

Our fees are $240+GST for a session. Sessions are usually 50 – 60 minutes long. Cash or Direct Debit options are available.

A different fee structure applies for specialist services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give me 24 hours’ notice. This allows me enough time to offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a full consultation fee.

However, I must highlight that if you are a risk to yourself or someone else, I may be legally obliged to break confidentiality to protect yourself and/or others. However, if necessary, I would make every effort to discuss this process with you to ensure your safety and dignity.
